Sandwiched between N Ogden Avenue and W Kinzie Street, the permit comes quickly as the project was approved this summer after pivoting from a single life-sciences building to two residential towers.

Recently, Owen Hull , from Tree Street Group, was invited to speak at an event hosted Rocky Mountain Institute (‘RMI’), the White House and the Natural Resources Defense Council (‘NRDC’). The convening was in specific regard to Low Embodied Carbon (‘EC’) Concrete as related to the Biden-Harris administration’s efforts to combat climate change. Weldon’s pledge is to use concrete that is at least 15% cleaner by 2025 and pledged to adopt environmental product declaration reporting standards across its project portfolio. It would be impossible for us to meet the pledge without our partners, namely Adjustable Concrete & Ozinga.
