Rodrigo d’Escoto Jr. is a construction executive, entrepreneur, and Title of IXB whose career spans design, manufacturing, and large-scale urban development. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reflection Window + Wall (RWW), he leads one of the nation’s foremost designers and manufacturers of high-performance exterior wall systems — an enterprise that has expanded its design presence across international markets and established strategic manufacturing partnerships worldwide, delivering façade solutions engineered for energy performance, long-term durability, and enduring asset value.
His foundation in the built environment runs deep. Inspired by his father’s leadership on the original Willis Tower project, Rodrigo developed his expertise across planning, estimating, fabrication, and field execution in some of the most demanding construction markets in the country. That ground-level fluency — combined with the systems-level perspective he has built through RWW — shapes the construction-informed design philosophy that defines IXB’s practice.
